When I was eight I wanted to be a writer when I grew up, and when I was fourteen I knew I wanted to be a therapist.  These have remained two of my greatest loves and I want to combine them in this workshop.

When my mother was dying, to help with my grief I wrote and wrote and wrote.  Recently I suggested to my therapist, that I write to her in between sessions.  I am not asking her to read what I wrote. Rather I want to feel as if I am writing to someone rather than just keeping a diary, and this has become my morning meditation.

During the day we will do exercises that will invite you to delve deeply into  your psyche, invoking a spiritual as well as psychological dimension, and we will also look at the therapeutic uses of writing for working with clients.

Please Note: There will be a maximum of 16 participants for this workshop.
