Colin Feltham is Emeritus Professor of Critical Counselling Studies, Sheffield Hallam University, and External Associate Professor of Humanistic Psychology, University of Southern Denmark, Odense. He examines and speaks widely. He has written many journal articles for publications such as The Guardian, The Times Higher, and Therapy Today. His recent publications include Failure (Routledge, 2012); Counselling and Counselling Psychology (PCCS, 2013); Keeping Ourselves in the Dark (Nine-Banded Books, 2015); Depressive Realism (Routledge, 2017); and the Sage Handbook of Counselling & Psychotherapy, 4th edn. (Sage, forthcoming).
